Pakistan Vows Not to Play India if Team Refuses to Visit for 2025 Champions Trophy

Pakistan has declared that it will not participate in matches against India if the Indian team refuses to visit Pakistan for the 2025 Champions Trophy. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) emphasized that hosting the tournament is a significant honor and expects all participating teams, including India, to adhere to the schedule and location.

The PCB’s statement comes amid ongoing political tensions between the two countries, which have frequently impacted sporting events. PCB officials highlighted the importance of keeping sports separate from politics and expressed hope that cricket would serve as a unifying force.

The Champions Trophy, scheduled to be held in Pakistan, is a major event in the international cricket calendar. Pakistan’s firm stance underscores the significance they place on hosting the tournament successfully and their commitment to maintaining the integrity of international cricket events.
